Data collected
Only the data strictly needed to handle a ride request is collected, through the booking form:
- Pick-up point and destination
- Requested date and time
- Number of passengers
- Phone number
- Any notes you choose to add
Purpose
This data is used solely to call you back and arrange the requested ride. It is never sold, shared, or used for marketing.
Recipients
Requests are sent by e-mail to the operator through the delivery service Resend (Resend Inc., United States), acting as a processor and keeping the message only for as long as it takes to deliver it. No other third party receives them.
Retention
Requests are kept only as long as needed to handle the ride, then deleted, subject to accounting and tax obligations.
Cookies and analytics
This website currently sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. No consent is therefore required.
